BEA (1970, 1971, 1972), Interbritain

As you surely already know, BEA (British European Airways) was one of the British public-owned airlines. BEA served European and domestic traffic, whilst BOAC did longhaul services. Both airlines merged in 1974 and British Airways was born. Here are three brochures publised in the early 70's with internal services in the British islands.

Unsurprisingly, there was an extensive domestic network in the UK, including Scottish internal services and helicopter flights to the Scilly Islands.

BEA had a very British fleet, including BAC one-eleven, de Havilland Heron, Vickers Vanguard and their pride ate the time, the Trident

Dos folletos similares, de 1971 y 1972:
Two further similar timetables, dating from 1971 and 1972 :

By the way, I recently wrote I was puzzled about British Airways listing as their own flights with airline codes CS and NS; CS was for Cambrian Airlines, a BEA partner which got acquired by British in 1976, whilst NS was for Northeast Airlines, also merged with British Airways that year.
