Browsing the Wikipedia I found by chance this Air Alpes image. Now, Air Alpes was one of the more interesting little regional carriers in France. It was known because of its ferry flights to mountain "altiports", carrying ski teams and gear. There are several pictures there, including this Air Alpes apparition in a comic book. This is a good example of the kind of unthinkable regional aviation today, based on both economical and environment reasons. Towards the end of its lifespan, however, Air Alpes became a more "standard" regional airline that flew some routes on behalf of Air France.
