Berlin-Tegel (1982)

Otro recuerdo de la Guerra Fría, cuando al aeropuerto occidental de Berlín-Tegel solo podían volar aerolíneas de las potencias vencedoras en la IIGM. En concreto, las líneas regulares las operaban Air France y ✈TAT, las británicas British Airways y ✈Dan-Air, y la estadounidense Pan Am, que operaban los vuelos domésticos a la RFA y unían Berlín con Paris, Londres, Amsterdam y Zürich  (los vuelos de la Pan Am a EEUU eran vía otras capitales europeas).  También había vuelos charter, pero nuevamente operados por aerolíneas de esos tres países.

Another Cold War souvenir, when only airlines from the three Western allies in WWII were allowed to fly into Berlin-Tegel airport. Air France and ✈TAT from France, British Airways and ✈Dan-Air from the UK, and the American airline Pan Am flew from this airport to domestic destinations in the German Federal Republic and also to Paris, London, Amsterdam and Zürich (Pan Am flew to the USA via their European gateways) There were also some charter flights, which were also operated by airlines from these three countries.
