Britannia (Thomsonfly from 2005 onwards) was the largest British charter airline, and in the 80's had a small array of scheduled flights. This 1987 brochure shows flight times and fares for their flights between the UK and Spain. A flight to Faro is also said to be "announced soon".

Por comparar con precios actuales, incluyo parte de la información de tarifas. Por ejemplo, Un Manchester-Palma, sólo ida, a 164 libras (190 euros hoy en día), cuando hoy encuentro vuelos en esa ruta con Monarch o bmibaby por unos 20 euros ...
Manchester-Palma was at 164 pounds, one way (current change is 190 euros). Nowadays you can fly that route with Monarch or bmibaby for some 20 euros...
