Augbsurg Airways is a German regional airline that flies under the Lufthansa Regional name. It started as charter carrier and it was named Interot Air Service in its earlier years. Interot launched a limited scheduled network in the mid 80's, linking Augsburg (near Munich), Düsseldorf and Hambug.
As this was a small, independent airline which catered for the business traveller, fares were quite high, as expected. There is a great deal of advertising for their charter business inside this small booklet. The maps in the last page are very misleading. Black dots are "airports served by scheduled flights" whilst red dots represent "airports where Interot machines could fly you directly". Well, even in 1989 (or even more then) most of those red dots were actually served by scheduled flights and bigger planes could land there without problems.
