Es curioso contrastar la imagen de aerolínea profesional, con detalles de calidad y orientada al viajero de negocios que quería dar la empresa en España, mientras que en el extranjero se centraba en ser una opción barata para volar a destinos vacacionales en España, mientras se apoyaba en la marca Iberia mucho más conocida y reconocible por el público.

As you can see here, the airline marketed itself as a cheap alternative for sun-seeking European travellers to Spain, while it tried to adopt a "classy", professional, business-aimed attitude when dealing with customers in its Spanish home market. Viva Air kept its own identity but its links with the partner carrier Iberia were always pointed out, since the Spanish flag carrier brand and name was much more recognisable by the travelling public.
