LAB (Lloyd Aéreo Boliviano) was founded in 1927 and thus is (was) one of the oldest airlines operating in the world. It is also one of the few South American flag carriers Iberia was never interested in ... I think. LAB stopped flying recently and there have been rumors about it restarting operations. This 1980 brochure was everything the LAB office at Madrid had when I asked them for timetables in the late 80's.
There had been rumors about LAB starting operations again.Bolivia has, however, a newer and smaller flag carrier, BoA (Boliviana de Aviación), flying mainly domestic routes.
