Linjeflyg (LIN) was a SAS subsidiary, set up in the late 50's, which provided domestic air travel in Sweden. This is a domestic timetable for both carriers; SAS flights were operated by DC9 and LIN used Fokker 28, Convair metropolitan and Twin Otter DH6 planes.
LIN was sold in the early 90's and started operating as an independent operator. It turned out that it was a big threat for SAS in one of their home markets, so in 1992 SAS bought it back, finally merging the LIN operation into SAS.
En realidad el folleto era un gran poster desplegable, con la información de vuelos en formato tabular. Imagino que este formato era cómodo para colocarlo en los aeropuertos, agencias de viajes, etc.
The brochure was actually a big depliable poster, with the flight information displayed in tabular format. I suspect this was a very convenable format, since the poster could be displayed at airport counters, travel agencts windows, etc.
Información de tarifas, creo que puede ser interesante compararlas con las actuales. Fare information; Swedish readers might find interesting to compare with the current fare levels. |
